Job Description
This position is geared toward an individual who wants to treat internal infrastructure as a product, designed, built, and continually improved.
Responsibilities:
Develop internal tools that automate the daily operation of Phantom.
Use AI and language models to replace repetitive workflows across teams.
Design your own identity and access systems with provisioning and permissions management.
Improve device management and equipment infrastructure with macOS fleet, configuration and policy enforcement Integrate and extend the SaaS platform so that systems can communicate with each other.
Collaborate with the security team to make systems secure and easy to use.
Assume full responsibility for what is developed from design to long-term maintenance.
Requirements:
More than seven years of experience in computer engineering, platform engineering or similar positions.
Experience in mobile device management and endpoint management with tools such as Kandji or Fleet.
Experience in SaaS integrations and automation.
Experience using AI tools and language models applied to real workflows.
Experience in systems related to security or regulatory compliance.
Ability to integrate APIs, tools and infrastructure into a coherent whole.
Pragmatic approach with the ability to deliver quickly while maintaining order at work.
Autonomy to work without detailed instructions and solve problems progressively.
