The goal of this position is to stay up to date with the latest in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, applying it to the Enterprise Vibe Coding problem. The selected person will work on the development of LLM Agents, participating in all stages of the product cycle and being responsible for the implementation of innovative ideas in large-scale projects.
Responsibilities:
Apply techniques such as In-Context Learning (Prompt Engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation) and Tool Calling to guide Agents to perform as expected.
Participate in the entire product development life cycle, from ideation, prototyping and design, to implementation and evaluation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to launch and improve AI products at the production level.
Lead the development of AI functions in customer-facing products, ensuring software quality, observability and scalability.
Be a reference in the area, promoting advanced ideas and putting them into practice in large-scale projects.
Requirements:
PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning or related technical fields.
3+ years of experience in AI Engineering and Machine Learning roles, preferably working with LLMs and/or Agentic Systems, from development to production.
Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g. langchain, langgraph, llamaindex, langsmith), AI platforms (e.g. Databricks, mlflow) and container solutions (e.g. Docker).
Fundamentals in software engineering and Python proficiency.
Creativity, ambition and curiosity.
Ability to be innovative and find solutions with limited resources.
