Job Description
We are looking for a person with experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning to participate in the design, development and evolution of products based on generative AI. The position combines applied research, software development and participation in product decisions within multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead innovation initiatives in AI and machine learning from ideation to product implementation.
Evaluate and test language models and artificial intelligence tools for different use cases.
Work with concepts such as context management, memory, information retrieval and agent systems.
Collaborate on product development from the discovery phase to final delivery.
Analyze the performance, cost and quality of different language models, both proprietary and open source.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of AI systems in production.
Promote the adoption and understanding of artificial intelligence tools within the team.
Requirements:
Experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning projects in production.
Experience in development with Python and AI systems.
Knowledge of AI development frameworks and tools.
Experience with language models and multimodal use cases.
Ability to evaluate and compare models based on technical and business metrics.
Experience in agile development processes.
Planning capacity, responsibility and autonomy at work.
Proactive profile, results-oriented and with creative thinking.
