We are looking for a Generative Artificial Intelligence Engineer to develop and maintain AI functionalities from the research phase to deployment in production. The selected person will work on agent-based systems, model orchestration and generative AI solutions, collaborating with product, design and engineering teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain AI functionalities from research to creating proofs of concept and putting them into production.
Evaluate the technical feasibility of new functionalities requested by clients based on AI solutions.
Collaborate with product managers, designers and engineers to translate requirements into robust and well-designed software.
Work with the core AI team to ensure the integration of solutions into agent system architectures.
Participate in code reviews.
Define metrics and evaluation systems to measure the accuracy of the models.
Requirements:
More than 2 years of professional experience in software development and generative AI solutions.
Knowledge of Python and design of robust AI pipelines.
Experience in agent-based AI systems, including LLM orchestration, reasoning and chain of thought design (CoT, ReAct and structured prompting).
Knowledge of memory systems in agents, both short and long term.
Experience with Docker, CI/CD and version control with Git.
Experience in NLP, generative models and RAG systems (valuable), including advanced information retrieval strategies.
English level C2.
