Academic training:\nProfessional in Software Engineer, Electronic Engineering, telecommunications, professional in Computer Science or related field.\nRequirements:\nMore than 3 years of experience in IT operations or systems administration.\nMastery of ITSM and CMDB modules of ServiceNow.\nExperience with Tanium, Microsoft Intune, Axonius, SCCM or other similar tools.\nKnowledge of ITIL processes, asset life cycle and asset management configuration.\nScripting skills (JavaScript, PowerShell) and automation experience.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving and documentation capabilities.\nIntermediate level of English (Conversational, Writing) / Spanish.\n Duties:\nManage and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including ITSM, CMDB and IT Asset Management modules.\nManage workflows, forms, catalogs, automation scripts and integrations.\nDevelop and maintain CMDB structures and relationships to ensure data accuracy and completeness.\nSupport ServiceNow updates, patches and enhancements.\nImplement policies for asset lifecycle management (acquisition, deployment, use and disposition).\nIntegrate ServiceNow, MS Intune and Axonius for automated asset discovery and management.\nManage vulnerability scans, reports and dashboards on Windows, macOS endpoints. and Linux using Tanium or other tools.\nManage incidents and change requests related to endpoint security or detected vulnerabilities.\nGenerate detailed reports for audit and improvements.\nWork with compliance teams to ensure alignment with regulations and standards.\nOptimize asset correlation logic and resolve discrepancies between platforms.\n\nKey Competencies:\nProficiency in software development and technical problem solving.\nLeadership and team motivation.\nManagement and prioritization of incidents.\nExcellent communication and interaction with interested parties\nColombia\n100% Remote work modality\n5.5M\nIndefinite contract + benefits",
