Job Description

We are developing a SaaS platform, initially built on GoHighLevel, but with a scalable architecture to become a complete ecosystem for brokers and agencies. The platform will include:

Specialized CRM for insurance

Sales pipeline management

Active policy management

Operational case system

Customer management

Automations

Integrations

Operational support for agents

We are looking for a person who can execute the technical construction of the platform, following the architecture defined by the founder.
Main responsibilities
1. CRM Configuration

Construction of complex pipelines
Creating custom fields
Structuring contact objects and opportunities
Configuration of tags and segmentations

2. Construction of operating systems within the CRM

Operational case management
Ticket management
Organization of internal workflows

3. Automation

Workflow configuration
Email and SMS automation
Tracking sequences

4. Integrations

Connection with external forms
Webhook configuration
Integration with APIs when necessary

5. SaaS structure

Multi-user organization
Sub-account management
Preparation for white-label model

Required skills

Mandatory:

Proven experience at GoHighLevel
Solid knowledge of CRM architecture
Pipeline design and workflow automation
SaaS configuration in multi-user environments
Management of Zapier / Webhooks / APIs
Focus on functional UX of platforms

Desirable:

Experience in insurance or broker platforms
Knowledge of customer support and ticket systems
Management of complex CRMs
