We are looking for talent to accompany us in the implementation of innovative telephony and telecommunications solutions.\n Requirements\nProfessional or technologist in Systems, Telecommunications or related careers.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in similar roles in VoIP/Telecom.\nAvailability to travel nationally.\n Technical knowledge:\nProtocols and platforms: IP, SIP/RTP (intermediate), PBX solutions, BPO and recording systems.\nNetworks: LAN/WAN, VLANs, QoS, basic BGP.\nSystems: Linux (CentOS, Ubuntu, Debian), Windows.\nMonitoring: SNMP.\nCloud & virtualization: AWS, Google Cloud, Oracle (intermediate level), VMware, VirtualBox, Hyper-V, Citrix, Proxmox (intermediate level).\nOther tools: VPN, corporate email, ticketing/help desk, Microsoft Office (intermediate).\nDesirable: Knowledge of CRM and SBCs, CLI diagnostic tools and Wireshark (intermediate).\nResponsibilities:\nImplement telephony solutions and design VoIP topologies.\nManage proofs of concept and ensure the correct operation of services.\nTrain clients and participate in the acquisition of new clients.\nSupport the development of the market in Latin America through travel Occasional.\nWorking conditions:\nContract: Permanent direct with the company\nSalary: $4,000,000 to $5,000,000 per month (depending on experience)\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (option for night schedules and occasional weekends)\nLocation: Remote Bogotá, with availability to travel in Latin America\nBenefits: Connectivity assistance, achievement bonus, prepaid medicine and professional growth opportunities\nApply now and join our team!",
