Today BNP Paribas Cardif is looking for a Process Engineer responsible for analyzing, designing, optimizing and documenting the organization's processes, in order to improve efficiency, quality and regulatory compliance. Responsible for leading the transformation and optimization of critical company processes, ensuring operational efficiency, risk control, regulatory compliance and continuous improvement, with direct impact on costs, customer experience and business scalability.

What are the main challenges of the position?
· Survey and document current processes (AS-IS) and propose future processes (TO-BE) processes under BPM (Business Process Management) methodologies.
· Identify opportunities for improvement in terms of efficiency, costs, times and quality.
· Define indicators (KPIs) and management metrics to evaluate the performance of the processes
· Lead transversal operational transformation projects promoting the automation and digitalization of processes.
· Ensure regulatory and quality compliance in internal processes.

Profession
Professional, preferably Industrial Civil Engineer, Industrial Execution Engineer, Information and Management Control Engineer or process-oriented Civil Engineer in Computer Science.

Type of experience: having worked in surveying, analysis and modeling of processes in similar companies, having interacted with multidisciplinary groups within an organization, having carried out information analysis work, reports, management indicators, etc., having participated in continuous improvement processes, applying them in the organization.
Type of industry: preferably in insurance companies, AFPs, banks, mutual societies, mutual funds, financial companies, or other similar companies.
Time: more than 3 years.

Knowledge:
· Knowledge of MS Office: Excel, Word, Power Point, Project. Intermediate level.
· Use of MS Visio. Intermediate level.
· Basic English level.
· Process design under BPMN standard. Advanced level.
