Job profile

We are looking for a Software Testing Engineer (QA) with 3 to 4 years of experience and verifiable track record in projects in the financial and banking sector. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of transactional applications, digital channels and/or core systems, guaranteeing stability, compliance and traceability in deliveries under agile methodologies.

Requirements (exclusive):

* 3 to 4 years of experience as QA / Tester / Test Engineer.
* Previous experience in the financial sector and banks (banking processes, products or platforms).
* Remote Work

Desirable:

* Experience in Cobis or similar platforms (core or satellite modules, transactional processes and validations).
* Test automation (Selenium / Cypress / Playwright / Appium).
* Experience with CI/CD (Jenkins / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps).

Knowledge and experience:

* Functional tests, regression, smoke, integration, UAT and validation of acceptance criteria.
* Management of test cases, test plans, coverage matrices and traceability (requirement, test, result).
* Defect management and tracking: severity, priority, evidence, reprocessing and closure.
* Management tools: Jira / Azure DevOps (or equivalent).
* API testing (Postman/Swagger) and validation of integrations.
* SQL queries for data verification (balances, movements, statements, reconciliations, etc.).
* Good documentation and reporting practices for regulated environments.
*Main responsibilities
* Analyze user stories / requirements and define the testing strategy.
* Design and execute tests aimed at banking processes (customers, accounts, transfers, payments, credits, reconciliations, transactional security).
* Register and manage defects, coordinating their prioritization and resolution with development and PO.
* Participate in agile ceremonies and ensure “Definition of Done” quality criteria.
* Propose improvements in the QA process (standardization, automation, cycle optimization).
