Job Description

Purpose of the position

Execute initial technical support activities, aimed at ensuring the proper functioning, availability and delivery of the backup solutions service, complying with established standards and controls.

Main functions

Provide initial technical support to backup solutions by addressing internal and external tickets.
Monitor and correctly attend to requests in accordance with established priorities and times (SLA).
Adequately document the incidents and solutions applied.
Execute operational activities and daily controls to ensure quality standards.
Comply with the guidelines, processes, policies and regulations of the organization's management system.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Systems, Information Technologies, Computer Science or Electronics.
1 to 2 years experience in similar positions.
Knowledge in:
- Backups
- Recovery and high availability of data.
- Tape libraries and disk arrangements.
-Virtual Tape Library.
- Backup appliances.
- Storage administration (desirable).
- Management of SAN switches.
Intermediate English.
Availability to work rotating schedules.
Availability to travel.
Have your own vehicle.

Knowledge of:

Backup tools.
Commvault.
Seeam.
Zerto.
Dell ppdm.
