Job Description

Profile we are looking for
Non-negotiable requirements
3–5 years of real full stack development experience (projects in production, not just tutorials)
Experience building or integrating automations (n8n, Make, Zapier, or equivalent)
Proficiency in at least one backend language: Node.js or Python
Experience with relational databases and schema design (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
Ability to read and understand technical documentation, specs and APIs in English without assistance
Git management with professional workflow (branches, PRs, descriptive commits)
Document mentality: if it is not written, it does not exist
Ability to work alone with high autonomy and clarity of priorities

Highly valued (not exclusive)
Experience with n8n in production
Experience with Supabase or PostgreSQL with RLS
Have built integrations with WhatsApp, Twilio, or voice platforms APIs
Experience with React and modern frontend ecosystem (Shadcn, Tailwind, Vite)
Have worked with LLMs via API (OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar)
Experience with Docker and VPS deployment
Have built or integrated payment systems with Stripe
Knowledge of GHL (GoHighLevel) or similar CRM platforms

Developers who need constant supervision or direction at every step
Profiles that only know how to follow tutorials but not diagnose real problems
People who do not document or comment on their code
Developers who avoid new or new technologies they haven't seen before
