Job Description
A software engineering profile is sought for the development of advanced functionalities in data center networking and switching systems, working in collaboration with product and hardware teams.
Responsibilities:
Develop new product functionalities.
Design and implement code for software products.
Propose and define functionalities to be developed.
Participate in the design of software architecture.
Develop, test and document functionalities.
Collaborate with clients when necessary.
Work in a team focused on switching systems for data centers.
Collaborate with the platform team in interaction with hardware and chips.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience in the industry.
Knowledge of algorithms and software architecture.
Programming proficiency in C and C++.
Experience in software design and implementation in product environments.
Experience with ASICs, FPGAs or network processors.
Knowledge of data planes and network technologies such as ACLs, QoS, Unicast, Multicast, EVPN, MPLS, VXLAN or OAM.
Communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in the entire software development process from requirements to delivery.
Experience in network systems software.
