Seeking a software engineer specializing in artificial intelligence to build and operate fast, reliable systems that drive core platform functions. The candidate will work on projects based on the B2B AI stack, ensuring accurate data-driven recommendations and intelligent workflows, with production-grade performance and reliability at scale.

Contribute to multiple projects built on the B2B AI stack.
Ensure an understanding of customer needs and alignment with the team.
Requirements:
4-6 years of software engineering experience in product environments, ideally with hands-on experience shipping LLM/GenAI to production.
Proven track record of end-to-end services: design, implementation, launch, monitoring and iteration.
Clear writing, pragmatic decision making, and comfort collaborating with Mobile, Backend, and Ops (Dev/LLM).
Knowledge of Python (FastAPI), TypeScript (Node/Nest BFF), REST/GraphQL and WebSocket/SSE.
Experience in Python production + FastAPI (asynchronous, dependency injection, testing).
Integration capability with TypeScript/Node.
Development of APIs created with REST/GraphQL and at least one transmission pattern (SSE/WebSocket).
Experience in LLM and RAG: store embedding (pgvector/OpenSearch/etc.), sharding strategies, reclassification, hybrid search; quick tools and templates; railings.
Observability and quality: structured logging, tracing, metrics; experimentation/evaluation tools (e.g. Langfuse-style telemetry), online/offline A/B.
Data and Pipelines: Robust CSV/Sheets ingestion, schema validation, PII handling, fills, scheduled jobs.
Agent experience (not used from day one): Familiarity with MCP and agent frameworks, tool design, constrained execution and secure planning.
Ability to work effectively in the CET time zone.

Salary to receive
€4,400 - €5,800 / month
