Job Description
We are looking for an iOS Software Engineer to develop a mobile application where artificial intelligence is a central element of the user experience. The selected person will work on the design, development and optimization of AI-based functionalities, guaranteeing a fast, reliable and intuitive experience for iOS users.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI.
Integrate functionalities based on artificial intelligence through backend APIs.
Design user experiences adapted to interactions with AI, including real-time responses, loading states, retries and alternatives to errors.
Optimize application performance, memory consumption, and energy efficiency.
Collect signals and feedback from users to continually improve the performance of AI functionalities.
Collaborate with the backend and machine learning teams on the design of APIs and system behavior.
Guarantee high standards of quality, stability and reliability in the versions published in the App Store.
Requirements:
More than 3 years of experience developing iOS applications with Swift.
Experience integrating functionalities based on artificial intelligence in mobile applications.
Knowledge of Swift Concurrency, including async/await, concurrency, and running background tasks.
Experience optimizing performance and memory usage in iOS applications.
Experience developing, launching and maintaining iOS applications in production.
Ability to design applications taking into account latency, partial failures and non-deterministic behavior of AI systems.
Basic knowledge of Core ML or machine learning models running on the device.
Experience with remote configuration systems or feature flags.
Good criteria for designing user experiences focused on trust and usability of artificial intelligence functionalities.
