Job Description
The candidate will assume overall technical responsibility for the therapy application and associated backend systems. The focus will be on the architecture, infrastructure, code quality and required documentation. Additionally, you will ensure efficient software development and timely implementation of product requirements defined by the Product Owner.
Responsibilities:
Plan, develop and maintain a functional, scalable and requirements-driven software architecture and infrastructure.
Develop new backend functionalities and work directly with the code.
Conduct code reviews within the team.
Take over sprint planning on the development side.
Ensure technical implementation and compliance with regulatory requirements including ISO 13485 (QM), ISO 27001 (ISMS) and BSI TR-03161 (data security).
Requirements:
Knowledge of the PHP programming language.
Experience with Laravel, REST API, Vite.js, Vue.js, Nova, MySQL or similar systems.
Knowledge of software development practices, software architecture, server infrastructure and operations (AWS), as well as quality assurance.
Experience with agile frameworks (e.g. Scrum or Lean Management).
Initial experience in team management and willingness to guide and develop a team professionally.
Fluent in German (at least C1).
Organizational skills, maintaining an overview of several topics and managing multiple tasks in parallel.
