Job Description
We are looking for a software engineer with experience in application development and testing, capable of contributing to infrastructure design and guaranteeing the quality of services.
Responsibilities:
Develop, test and maintain DataRobot functionalities.
Create and maintain automated unit and functional tests.
Design infrastructure for new functionalities with input from the team.
Manage individual projects with constant communication of progress.
Receive and provide constructive feedback, including code reviews.
Participate in escalated support of services managed by the team.
Requirements:
6+ years of proven experience writing quality code in a collaborative environment, preferably with Python and/or Golang.
Knowledge of computer science, object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, problem solving and complexity analysis.
Understanding of designing for scalability, performance and reliability.
Experience in automated testing and test-driven development.
Knowledge of software architecture for large systems.
Hands-on experience in decomposing monolithic software into smaller reusable components.
Self-motivation and ability to assume responsibilities and deliver results.
Ability and willingness to learn new technologies.
Effective communication.
Fundamental knowledge of Kubernetes and Helm.
Experience building and operating software systems on Kubernetes clusters in production.
