We are looking for a professional passionate about artificial intelligence and software development to join the behavioral framework optimization project. The candidate will work on improving existing systems and building advanced AI agent capabilities using modern Generative AI (GenAI) approaches, collaborating with distributed teams and aligning technical improvements.
Responsibilities:
Redesign and optimize the framework with a focus on performance, scalability and maintainability.
Build and enhance AI agent capabilities using GenAI technologies.
Collaborate directly with stakeholders to align technical improvements with business objectives.
Drive engineering best practices, including clean architecture, testing, and code quality.
Contribute to technical discussions, propose improvements and identify risks.
Requirements:
Professional experience with Go.
Experience with Generative AI (GenAI) technologies.
Experience building AI agents or agent-based systems.
Ability to work with existing systems and modernize codebases.
Fundamentals of software engineering, design, performance and scalability.
