Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with experience developing scalable applications and a strong interest in leveraging artificial intelligence to accelerate the development cycle.
You will be part of an engineering team where you will work on features from start to finish, designing robust solutions, collaborating with different teams and using AI tools to optimize productivity and software quality.
Responsibilities:
Identify and implement code improvements to make the work of both developers and AI agents easier.
Develop end-to-end functionality, from backend to user interface.
Design scalable solutions and reusable architecture patterns.
Work with AI tools to accelerate development and adapt to different areas of the system.
Participate in technical decision making through clear documentation and specifications.
Collaborate with product managers and business partners to define and improve the product roadmap.
Work alongside a team of senior engineers in an environment based on trust, autonomy and collaboration.
Give and receive feedback to continually improve processes and product.
Requirements:
Experience as a Senior Software Engineer.
Ability to use AI agents and automated workflows in software development.
Experience designing control and feedback mechanisms for AI-assisted development.
Motivation to work with complex code bases and obtain results efficiently.
Orientation to the product and user experience.
Experience or willingness to learn distributed systems development with Scala.
Ability to design technical solutions and justify architectural decisions.
Communication and collaboration skills in multidisciplinary teams.

TypeScript.
Experience in languages ​​such as Go, Python or Java (valuable).

Salary to receive
$300,000 - $400,000 / year
