Key Responsibilities
Design and build complex integrations with multiple ATS systems.
Develop reusable platform capabilities for global teams.
Unify backend + frontend experiences in background screening products.
Build and evolve business-critical monetization systems.
Define and expand public APIs that support new capabilities.
Identify architectural risks and prevent incidents in production.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Technical mentoring and leadership within the organization.

+5–7 years building scalable backend or full-stack systems.
Solid command of Computer Science fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, relational databases).
Experience designing and maintaining distributed systems.
End-to-end ownership mentality.
Excellent communication skills.
Advanced verbal and written English (direct work with teams in the US.
