IT and Cellular Telephony Support Engineer

Salary: $10,500 net monthly

Requirements
Engineering or Technician in Computer Systems, IT or similar.
1 to 2 years of experience in technical support and cellular telephony.
Technical English.
Knowledge of Android, cell phones, hardware, Windows and Office.
Intermediate Excel.
Ticket management, preferably ServiceNow.
Remote attention and support to users.

Activities
Diagnosis and support for cell phones and mobile devices.
Support for Android operating systems.
Email and hardware support.
Ticket administration and documentation.
Use of applications for remote cell phone support.
Inventory control.
Remote attention to users.

*Availability is required for occasional guards after hours, weekends and holidays, which are paid additionally.
*It is required to have computer equipment and telephone line available.
*An additional $750 biweekly is awarded for this consideration.
