Job Description
We are looking for a profile with experience in user support within data environments and advanced cloud platforms, with the ability to resolve incidents, accompany business users and guarantee the operation of services.
The profile must have knowledge of Collibra, the AWS Glue ecosystem, Athena, Step Functions, CI CD tools, OpenShift containers and orchestration, Kubernetes and version management with Git. Experience in Snowflake and in the operation of pipelines and data flows also adds value. Knowledge of Terraform, Ansible and previous experience in the pharmaceutical sector or regulated environments is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
Resolve incidents related to data platforms and associated services.
Accompany business users in the use of data tools and platforms.
Participate in the user support team on the Boehringer platform with a focus on Data governance, quality, integration and technical functional support.
Support the operation of pipelines and data flows.
Requirements:
English with interaction with global teams.
Experience working under Agile methodologies.
Knowledge of Collibra essential for the position.
Knowledge of the AWS Glue, Athena and Step Functions ecosystem.
Knowledge of CI CD tools.
Experience with OpenShift and Kubernetes containers and orchestration.
Experience in version management with Git.
Snowflake experience is valued.
Knowledge of Terraform and Ansible is an advantage.
