At Kelly we are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for Guadalajara, focused on the commercialization of measurement and automation machinery for a leading Japanese company in metrology. Main responsibilities:
Develop and manage relationships with industrial accounts, detecting technical business opportunities.
Provide specialized advice to clients in dimensional measurement, interpretation of plans and mechanical applications.
Implement technical sales strategies, project monitoring and contract closing.
Coordinate and execute technical demonstrations, exhibitions and product training.
Analyze the market, competitors, trends and define technical strategies to ensure the competitiveness of the portfolio.
Manage commercial negotiation with a focus on technical projects and customized solutions.
Plan commercial actions, guaranteeing compliance with KPIs and objectives.
Key requirements:
Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics or related Engineering.
3+ years of technical-commercial experience in industrial sales (desirable in measurement/metrology machinery but not essential, it can be any type of industrial equipment).
General knowledge in interpretation of plans, geometric/dimensional tolerances and mechanical applications.
Intermediate-advanced English.
Valid driver's license and availability to travel.
Orientation to consultative sales of technical solutions.
