The main project is to design, implement and operate a cloud platform for clients, ensuring availability, performance, security and scalability. Looking for a specialist to act as a technical reference in automation, containers and SRE practices, enabling development teams to deliver software quickly, securely and reliably. The role covers infrastructure management in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), orchestration with Kubernetes (OKE or other solutions), governance, costs (FinOps) and development of CI/CD pipelines, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence in multi-environment environments (dev, qa, prod).

Features
Design and operate the infrastructure in OCI: VCNs, subnets, security lists/NSG, balancers, gateways, DNS, WAF and similar, ensuring high availability and security.
Configure and manage Kubernetes clusters on OCI/Opaque Kubernetes Engine (OKE) or alternatives, including RBAC, NetworkPolicies, namespaces, quotas, ingress and image management.
Standardize application deployments with tools such as Helm, Kustomize and GitOps practices (Argo CD, etc.).
Manage the life cycle of images (Docker/Podman) and repositories (OCI Registry, Artifactory, Harbor), with good security and hardening practices.
Define and apply labeling, governance and FinOps standards (costs, right-sizing, automatic shutdown, expense monitoring).
Automate infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) and end-to-end provisioning orchestration; design and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins) for build, test and continuous deployment.
Automate operational tasks (backups, patches, health checks, credential rotation) using scripts (Python/Bash) and configuration tools (Ansible, Chef, etc.).
Define and manage SLO/SLI, monitoring and observability (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/OCI Logging, Jaeger/Tempo); lead incident management, on-call guards and operational continuity (DR/BCP).
Security, secret management and compliance: IAM, Vault/KMS, image scanning, hardening policies; Collaborate with Security and Risk teams (CIS, PCI-DSS or other frameworks).

Knowledge and experience
Education: Computer Engineer, Computing or related field. Minimum 4 years of experience in DevOps/Platform/SRE roles. Demonstrable experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Kubernetes in productive environments (OKE preferred). In-depth knowledge of Linux (Oracle Linux, RHEL) and networking (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP(S), VPN, balancing).
Technical skills: Terraform for Infrastructure as Code; experience with CI/CD (GitLab CI or other tool); scripting in Bash and at least one additional language (Python, Go, etc.); distributed monitoring, logging and traces (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OCI Observability); secrets management (Vault, OCI Vault, K8s Secrets); security and hardening practices; knowledge of API Gateway/Service Mesh (Kong, Istio) and GitOps approach (Argo CD).
Soft skills: SRE mindset, reliability orientation, automation and continuous improvement; excellent service and collaborative work with development, security and business; ability to document, standardize processes and lead technical platform initiatives; Experience in regulated environments (financial, retail, PCI-DSS) is valued.

Desirable
OCI and Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD/CKS) or similar certifications. Experience with API Gateway/service mesh tools (Kong, Istio) and GitOps (Argo CD).
