Our team focuses on delivering continuous value through SAFe frameworks and agile methodologies, supporting clients in delivery optimization, software quality and process governance. We are looking to add a DevOps Engineer to strengthen the pipeline between development and operations, automation, and continuous delivery in complex, high-performance environments. The position is part of initiatives that directly impact clients' operational efficiency and the speed of delivery of mission-critical software.

Key features
Design, implement and maintain scalable CI/CD pipelines for large-scale software projects, ensuring automation, testing and reliable deployments.
Manage cloud infrastructures (probably AWS, Azure or GCP) with a focus on IaC (Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation) and security practices.
Automate operational tasks, monitor applications and systems, and proactively intervene in incidents to reduce resolution times.
Collaborate with development teams to define integrations, delivery strategies, and configuration governance.
Implement security practices in the software supply chain, engineering equality and compliance with internal policies.
Participate in architecture reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools.

Required knowledge and experience
We are looking for professionals with very solid experience in DevOps and automation, capable of working in dynamic environments and with high delivery demand. We require mastery of
Infrastructure management and automation (Terraform / Ansible)
CI/CD (GitHub / GitLab)
Cloud (GCP) and exposed service management, load balancers and traffic routing
Containers and orchestration (Docker / Kubernetes)
Scripting and automation (Bash / Python / others), with experience in API and microservices integration
Good management of security and observability practices
You must demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively, communicate ideas clearly, and prioritize tasks in an agile environment. Analytical skills, focus on results and customer orientation are essential.

Desirable competencies
Certifications in DevOps, Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) and automation tools will be an advantage. Experience and knowledge of agile scaling methodologies such as SAFe.
