Job Description

An important IT company is looking for an Expert Engineer in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead the implementation, support, optimization and evolution of our solutions on the Dynamics ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct functioning of the modules, integrating new functionalities and supporting key business processes through high-level technical and functional management.

Academic Training
Professional in Systems Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science or related careers.

Knowledge and Experience Required
5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Dynamics Certificate
With experience managing the Customer Engagement (CE / CRM), Finance & Operations (FO) and Field Service (optional) modules.
Solid knowledge of Power Platform, Administration and integration with Azure
Languages such as C#, JavaScript, TypeScript and development of plugins, workflows and customizations
Management of On-Premise and Cloud solutions.
Experience in agile methodologies.

Main Functions:
-Manage, configure and administer Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules (CE / CRM / FO) according to business needs.
-Perform end-to-end implementations, including analysis, design, testing, deployment and stabilization.
-Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics and other corporate platforms (APIs, Power Platform, Azure, etc.).
-Perform diagnoses and solve high-level incidents (advanced troubleshooting).
-Propose technical and functional improvements to optimize internal processes.
-Create technical and functional documentation associated with changes and new developments.
-Accompany key users in training, adoption and resolution of doubts.
-Ensure compliance with good practices, security standards and data governance.",
