Job Description
This position focuses on designing, developing and improving the Amplemarket user experience. You will work directly with co-founders and other teams to create new features and interfaces, primarily using React.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript, with a lot of autonomy and impact on the product.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop new product functionalities and interfaces.
Improve usability and user experience.
Create visual and interactive content with HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Develop with React.js.
Create and test prototypes quickly.
Collaborate with backend engineers to improve user experience.
Work with Support and Customer Success to understand customer needs.
Collaborate with designers during the design and development of features.
Work on product development and maintenance.
Work autonomously and in small teams.
Reuse components and maintain a consistent design language.
Requirements:
Experience designing and maintaining complex and constantly evolving user interfaces.
Experience with React.js, HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
Ability to collaborate closely with designers and propose product improvements.
Attention to detail and sensitivity to visual design.
Knowledge of good development practices.
Mentality oriented towards quality and testing the software before delivering it.
Ability to work autonomously and assume responsibility for the product.
