Job Description
We are looking for an advanced, versatile and highly qualified engineer, who speaks German, to join the team. This role will combine technical skills with communication skills, working directly with customers to ensure they maximize the value of HappyRobot's AI platform.
Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively with clients from onboarding to use, helping them integrate and optimize AI solutions.
Create new features, MVPs, and scalable solutions that directly influence customer outcomes.
Use React, TypeScript, Node.js, and Python to develop robust applications and tools.
Design, implement and iterate on AI/ML solutions including LLM prompts, voice tuning and transcribers to optimize use cases.
Manage APIs and integrations with third-party systems to ensure seamless functionality for customers.
Collaborate with product, engineering, and customer success teams to deliver customized solutions.
Improve AI solutions based on customer feedback and requirements.
Prioritize and manage multiple projects to tight deadlines, maintaining high quality results.
Requirements:
Full-stack, React, TypeScript and Node.js experience.
Practice in Python.
Experience building AI/ML applications, including LLM prompts and settings.
Ability to manage APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
Communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
