Job Description

Design, implement and evolve solutions based on artificial intelligence, automation and AI First platforms that allow
solve business needs, improve operational efficiency and accelerate the digital transformation of the area. The role will be focused on
build prototypes, MVPs, assistants, agents, automations and integrations with AI, also supporting the definition of good
practices and guidelines for the responsible, safe and scalable use of artificial intelligence in the organization
- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation and use of artificial intelligence in business processes.
- Design and build prototypes, MVPs, assistants, agents, co-pilots and automations based on AI.
- Implement AI First solutions using specialized platforms, automation tools, APIs and development
customized when necessary.
- Integrate AI solutions with corporate platforms such as CRM, LMS, ERP, contact center, portals, databases and tools
operational.
- Support the definition of guidelines, good practices and criteria for the responsible, safe and efficient use of artificial intelligence.
- Document solutions, flows, prompts, integrations, business rules, test and operation criteria.
- Participate in functional tests, pilots and progressive deployments with the business areas.
- Evaluate AI tools and platforms that can generate efficiency, productivity or improvement in the user experience.
- Apply basic good practices of security, privacy, traceability, quality and sustainability in the solutions developed.
- Measure the impact of the implemented solutions in terms of efficiency, time reduction, productivity, quality or
experience.",
