Today we are looking for a Business Implementation Engineer to join the Management and Operational Efficiency team. Your mission will be to plan the operational implementation of new businesses or product modifications, managing and coordinating with the different areas of the company, the activities required to achieve a correct and timely implementation.

Job functions
What are the main challenges of the position? 🤯
Evaluation of the operational feasibility of a business.
Plan the generation of new products, and ensure compliance with the activities related to this process, in relation to other managements.
Coordinate the global implementation of new businesses within Operations, based on the Company's definitions and the Systems architecture.
Accompany Operational lines during 2 production cycles, adjusting if errors are found.
Conduct studies and generate appropriate indicators to detect improvements in Implementation.
Generate reports that support the Operations Manager's implementation decision making.
Create service catalogs and develop internal training.
Generation of Implementation and Stabilization Sheets

Qualifications and requirements
Requirements 🔍:
Industrial Civil Engineer, Commercial Engineering or related careers.
With experience in similar positions, analysis and reporting.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SAS, SQL. (Last 2 not exclusive).
Basic – Intermediate Knowledge of Power BI. Not exclusive.
Intermediate – advanced level of English.
Knowledge of the insurance field is desirable.
