Job Description

Mechanical Engineer specialized in calculation and design of facilities: drainage and sanitation, fire protection, HVAC and drinking water, with solid technical, regulatory and project management knowledge.

Technical knowledge
- Hydraulics and sanitation: calculation of pipes, flows, runoff, pumping and storm drainage.
- Fire protection: design of hydrant networks, sprinklers, extinguishing systems and alarms (NFPA, UNE-EN).
- HVAC: calculation of thermal loads, ventilation, smoke control, equipment selection and regulatory compliance.
- Potable water: network design, calculation of consumption, pressures and storage.

Software and tools
- EPANET, WaterCAD or similar.
- Revit MEP, Navisworks.
- HAP, CYPE, Carrier.
- AutoCAD.

Skills
- Multidisciplinary coordination with architects and BIM teams.
- Preparation of reports, plans and technical documentation for bidding and work.
