A company in the technology sector is looking for a Junior Pre-Sales Analyst to perform the following functions: \nResolution of First Level Technical Queries: Answer initial technical queries from the channels, offering clear and timely solutions that facilitate the understanding and adoption of the product.\nSupport in Management of Tender Documents (RFI, RFP): Support with the generation of RFI and RFP responses, by collecting the necessary documentation and the responses of the same.\nMonitoring and Management of Channel Requirements: Monitor pre-sales needs and queries coming from the channels, resolving directly or escalating efficiently to ensure agile and effective attention.\nRelationship Sessions in the Demo Stage: Conduct sessions with channels during the demonstration stage, focusing on the key features of the product and ensuring a clear understanding of its value and applicability.\nSet up first experience: Creation of captive portals used to technical demonstrations that allow potential clients to appreciate how the solutions offer value to their specific needs\nAuxiliary Code Implementation: Integrate necessary auxiliary code in the captive portals of projects in the pre-sales phase, guaranteeing optimal functionality for demonstrations and tests.\nFollow-up Meetings with Channels: Coordinate periodic meetings with the channels to review the status of the projects, explore new opportunities and resolve pending requirements, promoting continuous alignment.\nDocumentation of Key Information of the Client. \nSpecific Knowledge: JavaScript, HTML and CSS.
