Agrosuper is a leading food company with more than 13,000 people, dedicated to delivering chicken, pork and processed products to customers in Chile and around the world.
This position is part of the Innovation Management, Digital Transformation Deputy Management, and its objective is to design, develop and evolve high-impact digital products for the business.
The role seeks to integrate operational needs, user experience and technological capabilities to generate measurable value, accelerate digital transformation and strengthen competitiveness through scalable and secure digital solutions aligned with the corporate strategy.
You will work in a collaborative environment, within multidisciplinary squads, with the purpose of promoting the digitalization of processes and services that support the operation and growth of Agrosuper.

Main functions
Development of end-to-end digital products, from design to deployment and evolution.
Frontend development with Angular and backend with NestJS, following corporate standards.
Integration with databases, APIs and corporate services in DEV and QA environments.
I work in an agile model, participating in multidisciplinary squads (PO, UX, Data and technical teams).
Support in the transition to production, guaranteeing operational continuity.
Proposal for technical and functional improvements to increase the value of the products.
Use of technologies such as Azure, Docker and Kubernetes in modern development and deployment environments.

Requirements and profile
We are looking for professionals with training in Civil Engineering in Informatics/Computing or a related field. At least 1 year of experience in software development and skills to work in modern technological environments will be an advantage.
Required knowledge: Frontend with Angular (exclusive) and Backend with NestJS (exclusionary).
Desirable knowledge of Azure, Kubernetes and Docker. Availability for contingencies (exclusive).
Personal skills: results orientation, ability to work in teams, proactivity, good communication skills and focus on delivering value to the business.
Technological curiosity, the ability to learn quickly and adaptation to an agile and collaborative environment are valued.

Desirable requirements
Additional experience in cloud services, automation, testing and quality assurance, as well as DevOps practices. Experience in migration or modernization of applications, knowledge of UX and use of collaboration and project management tools in corporate environments will be an advantage.
