Main responsibilities
We open a space in our team for those who lead the quality of our technological solutions, defining and executing tests, automating controls and ensuring stable and reliable deliveries. This role works directly with development, product and operations, with autonomy and focus on results, and has a key impact on the mobility experience of thousands of people who use MetroMuv every day.
Design, implement and maintain test plans to validate the functionalities of MetroMuv applications and systems.
Run manual and automated tests to identify defects, inconsistencies or gaps in requirements.
Collaborate with developers and the product team to ensure that detected issues are fixed and validated efficiently.
Automate key test flows using appropriate tools and frameworks to reduce validation times.
Participate in reviews of Requirements and business rules to ensure that requirements are clear and testable.
Generate quality reports and KPIs related to test performance, proposing continuous improvement initiatives.
