An important company specialized in the supply of special minerals for the pharmaceutical, food, cosmetic, technical and agricultural industries is looking for a Sales Manager with a strategic profile and 100% commercial focus to lead regional expansion.
We are looking for a professional with experience in the chemical/mining sector who wants to take on the challenge of opening the market and building a portfolio from scratch.
Main functions:
Design and execute the commercial strategy in Colombia, Peru and Ecuador.
Prospect and develop new clients.
Manage the complete sales cycle (contact, negotiation and closing).
Make daily calls and constantly follow up with prospects.
Analyze technical sheets and offer the appropriate product according to specifications.
Adapt technical solutions according to client needs.
Coordinate with international suppliers.
Represent the company at fairs and events in the sector.
Note: It will not manage active clients. The position requires market opening and development of its own portfolio.
Requirements:
Professional in Chemical Engineering.
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales of minerals, fertilizers or technical chemicals.
Experience with imported products (desirable).
English level C1 (spoken and written).
High capacity for technical analysis.
Commercial profile with results orientation.
