At Desysweb, a company specialized in telecommunications and technology solutions, we are looking for a Resident Engineer to provide technological support and management for one of our clients.\nRequirements\nMinimum experience of 2 years in Networking, Switching and Routing.\nExperience performing troubleshooting in H3C and Huawei CPEs.\nKnowledge in security managed with Fortinet equipment.\nExperience in reviewing security policies, web filters, application filters and VPNs (SSL and IPsec).\nKnowledge in cybersecurity and EDR tools.\nGood communication with clients and ease of communication.\nAbility to manage escalation of incidents and timely attention.\nFunctions\nProvide rapid response to incidents and client escalation.\nKeep the client's network topology updated.\nPrepare the monthly service report according to the Client's format.\nManage escalation with suppliers in case of internal plant breakdowns or external.\nPerform hierarchical escalations and keep the Client's supervisors informed.\nPropose solutions and technological improvements according to client requirements.\nValidate new store installations by verifying connectivity standards.\nConditions\nHours from 09:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m.\nRemote mode.\nDuring the first weeks of the service, you must attend the Client's office in Surco for induction.",
