We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to participate in the development of an internal artificial intelligence agent platform. The selected person will join a project in the initial phase, collaborating in the design of the architecture, the development of microservices and the creation of a scalable platform that will support multiple business initiatives based on AI.
Responsibilities:
Develop the backend of an internal AI agent platform and associated microservices.
Participate in the design of the architecture and the selection of technologies for the platform.
Research, evaluate and implement new tools and frameworks related to AI agents and language models (LLM).
Optimize performance, scalability and quality of systems, especially in agent creation and evaluation processes.
Develop robust and maintainable backend solutions following good software engineering practices.
Collaborate with platform users to collect feedback and continually improve the user experience.
Contribute to the development of internal tools and automation processes.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in backend development.
At least 2 years of experience with Golang and 2 years with Python.
Experience developing distributed, scalable, high-load systems.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, Kubernetes, Google Cloud Platform, GitLab and microservices architectures.
Experience developing internal tools, automations or business platforms.
Ability to write clean, maintainable and easily testable code.
English level B2 or higher.
