Looking for an engineer with backend experience to drive stable, scalable and quality development of systems. The position involves taking technical responsibility for services, improving engineering standards and ensuring solutions are implemented efficiently and reliably.
Responsibilities:
Ensure stable and scalable backend development by defining technical responsibility.
Implement engineering standards and reduce dependence on daily technical decisions from the Head of Engineering.
Break down difficult tasks and provide technical support during project delivery.
Make technical decisions at the level of services and their interactions.
Mentor and support the growth of backend engineers.
Participate in critical projects and major architectural changes.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in backend development with Go and 1 to 2 years holding Tech Lead or Staff Engineer positions with responsibility for the system.
Experience in development with Go and design of distributed microservices architectures.
Knowledge of API design (REST and asynchronous communication) and event-oriented architectures.
Experience working with PostgreSQL, NoSQL and query optimization.
Experience with AWS or similar platforms and observability tools (logs, metrics, alerts).
