Main functions
Analyze data and design automatic flows that guide decision making between areas within the company.
Manage data projects from start to finish: requirements gathering, development, validation and delivery of results.
Prepare reports and alerts that allow monitoring cases of non-compliance in the Marketplace and mitigate risk behaviors.
Generate insights and recommendations based on ad-hoc analysis for improvements in processes and tools.
Work with different areas to understand their interaction in the digital ecosystem and convert insights into valuable actions.
Know data storage structures and tools available to exploit information and support decision making.
Profile and experience
Required professional profile:
Degree in Civil Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in similar roles (analysis in Operations, BI, Marketing, etc.).
Advanced user in SQL (exclusive).
Intermediate-advanced English (exclusive).
Advanced user in at least one analysis/visualization tool: Excel, Tableau, Power BI, Data Studio (exclusive).
Experience in at least one language for data analysis: Python (preferred), R, Julia, etc. (exclusive).
Knowledge of Cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (not exclusive).
Advanced knowledge of Prompt Engineering (not exclusive).
Desirable
Experience in Ecommerce, ability to work in dynamic environments with high volume of data and communication skills to interact with multiple stakeholders at an international level will be an advantage.
