Looking for a professional to design and build scalable backend and full-stack systems that support critical operations in the healthcare sector. The person will work collaboratively with the product, design and customer solutions teams, driving new platform capabilities and integrations. Technical leadership capacity and systems and process orientation will be valued.
Responsibilities:
Design and build scalable backend and full-stack systems that support critical high-volume operations in the healthcare sector.
Collaborate with product, design, and customer solutions teams to deliver new platform capabilities and integrations.
Lead technical and architectural design decisions that ensure reliability, scalability and maintainability.
Automate and optimize system performance through CI/CD pipelines, observability tools and resilient infrastructure.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and availability through data-driven analytics.
Mentor engineers by sharing good practices and promoting technical excellence among teams.
Take responsibility for work from start to finish, from design to deployment and post-release iteration.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience building and launching web applications in production.
Understanding of distributed systems, APIs and cloud-native architectures.
Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Mastery of CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git) and deployment automation.
Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools, such as Datadog, Prometheus or Grafana.
Communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical partners.
Orientation to responsibility and motivation to improve both systems and processes.

Salary to receive
$161,000 - $230,000 / year
