Job Description
We are looking for a person with technical criteria, product orientation and experience working with complex systems. At the same time, you'll need to have backend knowledge with Node.js and Nest.js so you can collaborate when needed.
Responsibilities:
Technically lead the migration of the existing frontend to React.
Define patterns, standards and a scalable and maintainable frontend architecture.
Design component systems, state management, performance strategies and testing.
Develop interfaces for omnichannel experiences for voice, chat, email and other digital channels.
Guarantee quality standards, accessibility, performance and maintainability.
Collaborate with Product and Design teams to convert requirements into quality user experiences.
Guide other engineers in good practices of React and frontend architecture.
Participate in backend tasks with Node.js and Nest.js, including API development and troubleshooting.
Propose technical improvements, question inefficient approaches and help reduce technical debt.
Improve tools, processes and patterns to facilitate the team's work.
Requirements:
More than 5-6 years of experience in frontend development.
Solid experience with React, TypeScript and Node.js.
Advanced knowledge of frontend architecture, component systems and state management.
Demonstrable experience in migrations of legacy frontend applications.
Knowledge of web performance, accessibility and testing: unitary, integration and end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with Node.js and Nest.js to be able to collaborate on backend tasks.
Ability to work through iterative deliveries, balancing speed and technical debt.
Proactive profile, capable of detecting problems and proposing solutions without the need for constant supervision.
Good visual judgment and sensitivity towards UX and design.
Communication skills and ability to work with technical, product and design profiles.
Experience working with remote and distributed teams.
Fluent English, essential.
