Seeking a professional to design, build and govern production-grade generative AI and recovery augmented generation (RAG) systems, implementing end-to-end GenAI architectures for internal use cases and acting as a technical authority on GenAI within the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design, build and govern production-grade generative AI and RAG systems.
Define RAG reference architectures, integration and recovery strategies, and model selection guidelines.
Design RAG pipelines from multiple sources (structured and unstructured data).
Implement advanced retrieval patterns, including hybrid search, reclassification, and context compression.
Implement AI Act-aligned assessment pipelines and transparency artifacts.
Build production services, such as APIs, batch jobs, and internal tools.
Act as technical authority for GenAI within the organization.
Requirements:
5-8 years of experience in software engineering or ML, including 2+ years in GenAI/NLP systems.
Knowledge of Python, CI/CD and enterprise SDLC.
Hands-on experience in GenAI and RAG, beyond demos: integrations and recovery tuning.
Knowledge of data and infrastructure, vector databases, SQL, object storage and container implementations.
Knowledge of security and compliance, including GDPR, data residency, RBAC and collaboration with Legal/DPO.
