We are looking for a professional to design, train and evaluate machine learning models applied to text and speech analysis, contributing to the development and continuous improvement of products. The candidate will work collaboratively with data engineering teams and influence product modeling and technical decisions.
Responsibilities:
Design, train and evaluate ML models for text and speech analysis.
Manage feature engineering, tagging strategies, and evaluation metrics.
Build and evolve ML pipelines that support experimentation and improvement.
Collaborate with data engineering teams on ETL, data quality and data versioning.
Influence modeling approaches and technical direction of products.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in AI engineering, applied machine learning, or similar positions.
Demonstrated experience building and managing ML models in production.
Experience working with text, voice, or other unstructured data.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn.
Understanding time series or sequential modeling techniques.
Familiarity with ML pipelines and deployment to production.
Degree in computer science, machine learning, data engineering, or related fields.
