Job Description
We are looking for an engineer to design, develop and maintain web applications and scalable cloud services. The selected person will participate in the entire software development cycle, collaborating with teams to create reliable, secure and high-performance solutions, in addition to driving the adoption of artificial intelligence tools that improve productivity and development quality.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop and maintain modern microservices, APIs and web applications with a focus on scalability and performance.
Lead the development of functionalities from their design to their deployment in production, guaranteeing the quality and reliability of the solutions.
Optimize the observability of systems, integration and deployment processes and cloud infrastructure.
Automate development and operations processes to improve team efficiency.
Conduct code reviews, share best practices and offer technical support to the rest of the development team.
Use artificial intelligence tools to accelerate development, improve software quality, and optimize engineering processes.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in professional software development.
Experience with backend technologies such as .NET Core / C#, Scala, Java or similar.
Experience developing systems, microservices, or cloud-native SaaS applications on AWS.
Knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, development of REST APIs and frontend frameworks such as React or Angular.
Ability to design robust, scalable and reliability-oriented solutions.
Analytical skills, autonomy and problem-solving orientation.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude or similar.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

Salary to receive
$132,000 - $145,000 / year
