Job Description
The role involves designing, developing and delivering enterprise-grade customer-facing web applications using modern microservices architectures. The position requires participating in architectural decisions, design reviews, and code reviews, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and maintainability. Additionally, it is expected to drive the adoption of Generative Artificial Intelligence tools and scheduling agents to increase productivity, improve code quality and accelerate innovation.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product management and design to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Manage and train a distributed team of software and quality engineers, promoting a culture of responsibility, accountability and improvement.
Monitor the production health of team services, including on-call rotations, incident response, and post-service analysis.
Implement operational initiatives to improve observability, resilience, automation and alignment with defined SLOs and SLAs.
Requirements:
University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years managing and developing engineering teams.
Proven experience delivering customer-facing Enterprise SaaS products at scale.
Practical or architectural experience with AWS (compute, storage, networking, security, monitoring).
Advanced knowledge of distributed systems, cloud-native design, and microservices architectures.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React and backend frameworks such as Ruby on Rails or equivalent technologies.
Proficient in PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.

Salary to receive
$160,000 - $200,000 / year
