Job Description
We are looking for an engineer to be in charge of the development of high-impact solutions, assuming technical responsibility for projects from their definition to their launch into production. The selected person will work with the product, design and engineering teams to develop scalable applications, drive the adoption of AI-assisted development tools, and contribute to the evolution of the technology platform.
Responsibilities:
Lead software development projects from start to finish, from solution design to deployment, maintenance and evolution.
Design and implement scalable solutions that incrementally add value to both the business and users.
Make key technical decisions, balancing delivery speed, quality and sustainability of solutions.
Guarantee the reliability, observability and correct functioning of systems developed in production environments.
Use artificial intelligence-assisted development tools to improve productivity and development quality.
Promote good engineering practices and contribute to the efficient adoption of AI-based technologies within the team.
Collaborate closely with product, design and other teams to solve complex problems and develop new features.
Review code, offer technical support and mentor other engineers, promoting team growth.
Define success metrics for each initiative and ensure that developments generate a measurable impact on the business.
Requirements:
More than 5 years of experience in software engineering, leading development projects from start to finish.
Experience managing complex initiatives and making technical decisions in environments with poorly defined requirements.
Proficiency in AI-assisted development tools, such as Codex, Claude Code or similar solutions, applied to development workflows.
Experience with technologies such as C#, .NET, TypeScript, React and SQL.
Solid knowledge of distributed systems and cloud architectures, especially in Azure and/or AWS.
Experience deploying, operating and maintaining applications in production.
Ability to technically influence multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration between different areas.
Technical leadership, mentoring and code review skills.
Autonomous, decisive and results-oriented profile, with the ability to function in dynamic and highly uncertain environments.
