Functions of the position
Lead the technical response to critical incidents, managing the diagnosis, mitigation actions and alternative solutions.
Monitor the entire incident life cycle and ensure compliance with defined processes.
Develop, maintain and improve incident response plans and disaster recovery plans (DRP).
Coordinate and conduct Post Mortem sessions, ensuring the identification of root causes and improvement actions.
Generate, review and maintain knowledge articles of high technical complexity.
Collaborate with Change Management and Problem Management in cases that require in-depth technical analysis.
Conduct periodic audits and reviews of the incident management process to identify opportunities for improvement.
Mentor and provide technical support to the team, strengthening Semi Senior and Junior profiles.
Participate in process automation and optimization initiatives, including the design of playbooks.

Position requirements
Mastery of IT service management frameworks (ITIL).
Extensive knowledge in distributed system architectures, databases and networks.
Experience in cybersecurity and perimeter security components.
Experience with virtualization (VMware) and operating system administration.
Solid knowledge in Solutions Architecture, Enterprise Architecture and microservices.
Familiarity with Cloud architectures and their operation.
Experience with tools such as ServiceNow, Dynatrace, Zabbix, Grafana.
Knowledge and use of Business Intelligence tools.
Knowledge of Python (desirable).
