The Industrial Trainee Engineer will work in an integrated manner with the different areas of the plant (operations, maintenance, quality and safety) to analyze flows, indicators and procedures, proposing practical and sustainable solutions that promote efficiency, waste reduction and regulatory compliance. We are looking for professionals with analytical vision, communication skills and a results-oriented approach to accompany the execution of short and medium-term improvement projects, aligned with Agrosuper's commitment to "Feed the good in life."

Main functions
Support the analysis of plant processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with operations, maintenance, quality and safety areas to design and implement changes.
Monitor performance indicators and prepare progress reports.
Participate in continuous improvement projects and action plans for the plant.
Collaborate in the standardization of procedures and risk management.
Contribute to compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards.

Description
We are looking for a Civil Engineer or similar to enter as an Industrial Trainee and develop a career in plant operation. The objective of the position is to evaluate and analyze technical aspects of the plant processes to support each area and encourage continuous improvement, promoting quality behaviors and values. The candidate will work in a dynamic slaughter plant environment, with an emphasis on hands-on learning, data-driven decision making, and developing technical and emerging leadership capabilities.

Desirable requirements
Knowledge of intermediate-advanced Excel and data analysis tools. Advanced English for reading manuals, documentation and technical communications. Availability to work at the Lo Miranda slaughterhouse. Proactive attitude, good communication, critical thinking and ability to work as a team. Previous experience in process or factory industries is desirable, and certifications related to quality, safety or production.
