2. Optimize high-precision, high-speed CNC machining parameters on tools such as PCD reamers, boring, threading and honing.
3. Analyze process defects and develop improvement actions to reduce burrs and dimensional deviations.
4, Evaluate tool wear and correct problems related to hole diameters and precision.
5. Troubleshoot and make adjustments on Fanuc threading centers and CNC lathes.
Interpret technical plans and geometric tolerances applied to machining.
Use and understand indexing templates to ensure precision in CNC processes.
Program and modify G codes for CNC machining operations.
Use AutoCAD for interpretation and preparation of technical drawings.
Apply advanced experience in CNC machining and continuous process improvement.
Implement optimization and improvement projects of manufacturing processes.
Apply trigonometry principles in machining calculations and adjustments.",
