At Agilistik, we are specialists in agility and software development, with experience as Agilistik Scaled Agile (SAFe) Bronze Partners and ICAgile Partners. We work with large clients in Chile and LATAM, supporting them in initiatives where automation and delivery quality are key. We are looking to hire a person focused on automation to contribute to the development and operation of solutions that integrate automation with APIs, data processing and extraction/transformation capabilities. The goal is to accelerate workflows, increase reliability and enable better decisions from data.

Design, build and maintain end-to-end automations using Python for cases such as process automation and service orchestration.
Develop solutions with frameworks/libraries such as Playwright to automate interactions, and build components with Django and/or Flask (APIs) to expose functionalities.
Implement integrations with APIs and services, including consumption and management of connectors to databases.
Perform web scraping when appropriate, taking care of robustness, error handling and validations.
Process and transform data with tools such as Pandas, ensuring cleanliness, traceability and reuse.
Integrate OCR capabilities to extract information from documents/images when the case requires it.
Work with connectivity and extraction from databases and cloud services (e.g. GCP) and manage the use of BigQuery.
Participate in the development cycle (analysis, implementation, testing and continuous improvement), collaborating with technical and business teams.

We are looking for a person with applied experience in Python for automation and data-driven development. You must have at least
4 years
of work experience using Python, whether in automation, back end, full stack or equivalent projects and having availability to be present 1 or 2 times a week.
Required (EXCLUDING DO NOT APPLY IF YOU DO NOT COMPLY):
Python
: Real experience automating processes and integrating APIs (for example: Playwright, Django, Flask, building/consuming APIs), web scraping, database connections and data management (for example: Pandas).
OCR
and/or experience in extracting information from unstructured sources, when applicable to the project domain.
Databases and SQL
: Experience in Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL and/or BigQuery (GCP).
Connectivity and data
: knowledge to operate with data from different sources, ensuring quality, consistency and performance.

Additional experience with GCP and using services around data (at least in the analytics/BigQuery layer).
Portfolio of real automations (cases, documentation or demos) that demonstrate technical criteria and results.
