Cloud and Infrastructure Engineer
, who will play a strategic role in the design, implementation and operation of our Cloud platforms and technological environments.
Your main challenge will be to guarantee the stability, availability, security and performance of productive environments, promoting continuous improvement initiatives, automation and optimization of resources, directly contributing to the continuity and evolution of the business.

Main functions of the role:
Design, implement and operate Cloud and Infrastructure platforms, ensuring the operational continuity of technological services.
Manage and resolve incidents, requirements and steps to production, complying with the established SLAs.
Supervise monitoring systems, managing alerts and mitigating incidents in a timely manner.
Execute and control deployments in productive environments.
Manage backup and recovery platforms, guaranteeing the integrity and availability of information.
Carry out preventive checks and periodic reviews of critical services.
Prepare and maintain updated technical and operational documentation.
Participate in audit processes, providing technical information and evidence within the required deadlines.
Coordinate with internal areas such as Development, Security and IT Operations, as well as external suppliers.
Optimize the use of Cloud resources, promoting efficiency and cost control.
Automate operational and deployment processes.
Promote good Cloud practices aimed at the security, scalability and resilience of the platforms.

What do we need? 😎
Training:
Systems Engineering, Computer Science or related career (graduate).
Experience:
At least 2 years in IT platform operation, support or administration roles.
Experience in administration of productive environments.
Participation in incident, problem and change management processes (ideally in ITIL or CAB type frameworks).
Experience in Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
Experience in virtualization (VMware, KVM, Nutanix).
Experience in platform monitoring and backup management.
Experience in Cloud environments (AWS, Azure or hybrid) will be highly valued.

You will add points if you have:
Cloud Certifications (AWS, Azure).
Certifications in Linux, Windows Server or virtualization.
Knowledge of automation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Terraform or others).
